In this project, we completely transformed a building located next to the City of Arts and Sciences, in one of the city’s most dynamic and fast‑growing areas. After acquiring the property, a full-scale intervention was carried out with the goal of enhancing its value and adapting it to the current demands of the residential market. The work included a complete aesthetic renovation of both the common areas and the apartments, as well as an optimization of the interior layout, aimed at creating an attractive, functional product aligned with contemporary standards of comfort and design.

The outcome is a new residential asset consisting of 15 homes, designed to offer quality, efficiency, and durability. Each unit has been conceived with today’s buyer in mind, prioritizing natural light, well‑designed spatial layouts, and the selection of high‑quality materials. The project not only improves the building’s appearance but also increases its value and competitiveness in the market, turning it into a solid proposal for both residential use and investment.
