Situated alongside Valencia’s City of Arts and Sciences, we developed an investment project within an existing residential building comprising 15 apartments. This unique location offers the opportunity to enjoy the city while living beside one of its most iconic landmarks.
Our proposal begins by recognizing the value and character of the existing homes. The interior refurbishment works are tailored to the specific features of each apartment, combining design, functionality, and comfort with a carefully considered selection of materials and finishes.
