Situated within the main business centre of the city, with splendid views of the Turia Gardens and the Palau de la Música, it is a freestanding building erected in 1992, with a light façade of gilt-bronze, opalescent glass and a modern style, conceived, conditioned and fited out with the services needed for use as offices. The common areas were fully renovated and modernised in 2013.
