CRITERIA

We invest in medium-sized companies of the Region of Valencia and surrounding areas (Zaragoza, Albacete, Murcia) with a proven historical trajectory, turnover of over €10m and EBITDA of €1.5-2m.


The Zriser management team aligns itself with the professional management team of the investee. Commitment, dedication and long-term value generation are the basis for alignment between the shareholder and the teams.  We consider it appropriate to put in place incentive schemes for the management team.


The size of investment is within the range of €5 – €20 million, through majority shareholdings, using prudent levels of debt to finance them.


The sectoral approach is generalist, with a predominance of industrial sectors
characteristic of the Region of Valencia. We conduct bespoke operations to suit the type of company and operation. We have carried out expansion capital operations, leveraged buyouts (LBOs) and restructuring and financing transactions

CRITERIA

We search for, identify, analyse and acquire properties that meet the group’s standards in respect of objective return, cash generation capacity and risk level. The Zriser team contribute their experience in the management of real estate and the marketing of available spaces to maximise the return on its real estate assets

Our investment strategy focuses mainly on office buildings, but we also contemplate investment in commercial premises and industrial assets in Valencia. However, Zriser constantly analyses any other investments in the property sector as alternatives for those initially contemplated, provided they meet our basic principles of security, liquidity and yield and maximise value generation for the group.

TECHNOLOGICAL
INVESTMENT
CRITERIA

We back entrepreneurs who have developed a disruptive, scalable idea and business model in different sectors with a high level of technological innovation (e-Commerce, SaaS, AI, among others). We identify, analyse and invest in startups with a highly commited, dedicated team and a clear entrepreneurial vocation.

We invest directly through an internal vehicle (Zriser Venture Investments) in startups that have tested the market with revenues set by the Investment Commitee, as
minority investments for Zriser. The maximum contribution per project is 250,000 euros and investment is concentrated in A series. In our investments we must be accompanied by reputed investors (Lead Investor).
